Responsibilities:
Collaborate with customers to identify their needs and investigate any service-related issues.
Provide comprehensive responses and recommendations to prospects, leveraging in-depth knowledge of product lines. This includes assisting with paperwork to finalize sales and staying updated on competitor offerings for effective comparisons.
Aid customers in completing necessary paperwork to finalize transactions.
Stay informed about competitor products to facilitate comparisons as needed.
Maintain and enhance the company’s customer database, ensuring information is accurate and current.
Understand and apply appropriate pricing policies and procedures.
Foster strong connections with manufacturer representatives.
Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with both current and prospective customers.
Be adaptable and willing to take on additional related tasks as needed.
Focus on customers and product lines related to valves and pumps. Previous sales experience or technical knowledge of valves is crucial.
The candidate should possess a solid understanding of the industry, customer needs, and how our valve products stack up against competitors.
