Inside Sales Representative - Edmonton/Calgary, AB

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to identify their needs and investigate any service-related issues.

  • Provide comprehensive responses and recommendations to prospects, leveraging in-depth knowledge of product lines. This includes assisting with paperwork to finalize sales and staying updated on competitor offerings for effective comparisons.

  • Aid customers in completing necessary paperwork to finalize transactions.

  • Stay informed about competitor products to facilitate comparisons as needed.

  • Maintain and enhance the company’s customer database, ensuring information is accurate and current.

  • Understand and apply appropriate pricing policies and procedures.

  • Foster strong connections with manufacturer representatives.

  • Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with both current and prospective customers.

  • Be adaptable and willing to take on additional related tasks as needed.

  • Focus on customers and product lines related to valves and pumps. Previous sales experience or technical knowledge of valves is crucial.

  • The candidate should possess a solid understanding of the industry, customer needs, and how our valve products stack up against competitors.
