Product Sales Representative - Edmonton, AB

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers to identify their needs and address any service issues.

• Provide thorough answers and recommendations to prospects, drawing on extensive knowledge of product lines. This includes assisting with sales paperwork and staying updated on competitor products for effective comparisons.

• Help customers complete the necessary paperwork to finalize their purchases.

• Stay informed about competitor products to provide comparisons when required.

• Maintain and enhance the company’s customer database, ensuring all information is accurate and current.

• Understand and apply appropriate pricing policies and procedures.

• Build strong connections with manufacturer representatives.

• Develop and sustain ongoing relationships with both existing and prospective customers.

• Be willing to take on additional related tasks as needed.

• Focus on products such as spray foam, protective coatings, and other contractor equipment.

• Must have hands-on experience or a strong understanding of contractor equipment.
